How do I sign up?
Create an account online, enter your address, choose your preferences, and schedule your first pickup. It only takes a few minutes.
Do you service my area?
We currently serve all of Bay County, FL. Enter your zip code during signup to confirm availability.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. Use Sud Sisters whenever you need us — no long-term commitment required.
Can I schedule one-time or recurring service?
Yes. You can schedule pickups whenever you need, or set up automatic weekly or bi-weekly pickups.
Pickup & Delivery
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as your bag is accessible, we’ll pick it up and drop it off without you being there.
Where should I leave my laundry?
You choose the spot: porch, carport, side door, office reception, etc.
What time will you arrive?
Pickup and delivery windows are based on your location. You’ll receive updates when we’re on the way.
Can I skip a pickup?
Yes. Pause or skip anytime through your account.
Do you offer contactless delivery?
Yes. All pickups and drop-offs are completely contactless.
Laundry Process & Preferences
Do you wash my laundry with anyone else’s?
No. Your items are always cleaned separately.
What detergents do you use?
We use premium commercial-grade detergents. Perfume-free and sensitive-skin products are available by request.
Can I customize my wash and fold preferences?
Yes. You can choose temperature, fragrance level, softener or no softener, folding style, and more.
Do you treat stains?
We do basic stain treatment upon request. Severe stains cannot always be fully removed.
Do you dry items on high, medium, or low?
You choose your preferred settings in your preferences.
Do you hang dry items?
We can hang dry selected garments if noted in your instructions.
Can I send delicates?
Yes, but place delicates in a separate bag inside your main bag with a note.
Bags, Weight & Pricing
How big is the Sud Sisters laundry bag?
Our standard bag holds an average household load for a week. (About two hampers’ worth.)
Can I send more than one bag?
Yes. Additional bags during the same pickup are $20 each; separate pickups are $40.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes — one full bag is the minimum for each pickup.
How do I receive my bag?
For your first pickup, use any bag you have. We’ll return your laundry with an official Sud Sisters bag for future use.
Turnaround Time
How long does it take to get my laundry back?
Most orders are delivered the next day (24–48 hours).
Do you offer same-day or rush service?
Rush service may be available depending on location and schedule.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Yes — pickup and delivery days vary by area but typically include weekends.
Billing & Payments
How does billing work?
Your card is securely charged after your laundry is completed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards.
Can I tip my driver?
Yes — tips can be added in your account or given during delivery.
Will my price change?
Prices remain consistent unless you add extra bags or optional upgrades.
Membership Plans
Do you offer memberships?
Yes — weekly, biweekly, and unlimited-style plans (limited to 6 scheduled pickups per month).

Can I pause my membership?
Yes, pause anytime with no penalty.
Commercial Laundry
Do you offer commercial service?
Yes. We serve Airbnb hosts, beauty salons, gyms, spas, medical offices, restaurants, and other businesses.
Do commercial clients get custom pricing?
Yes — pricing depends on volume and frequency.
What kind of items do you process commercially?
Linens, towels, uniforms, sheets, robes, blankets, and more.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items
What if something is damaged?
We follow industry care standards. If damage occurs, we follow the Sud Sisters Damaged/Missing Items Policy.
What if something goes missing?
Missing items are handled promptly after you submit a report. We track, verify, and resolve based on the Sud Sisters policy.
How often does this happen?
It is extremely rare due to our tagging and individual-bag processing system.
Special Items & Questions
Do you wash comforters or large bedding?
Yes. Oversized items may have an additional fee depending on size and material.
Can you handle heavily soiled laundry?
We process general household laundry. Excessively soiled or contaminated items may be rejected for safety.
Do you clean rugs, shoes, or specialty fabrics?
At this time, we only process standard washable laundry items.
Can you clean items with pet hair?
Yes, but heavy pet hair may require additional time.
